1. Products Eligible for Return

We accept returns **only in the following cases**:

• The product received is **damaged or defective**
• You received an **incorrect item**
• The item is **missing parts/accessories** that were mentioned on the website

To be eligible for a return:

• You must contact us **within 48 hours** of delivery.
• The product must be **unused**, **unworn**, and in its **original packaging**.
• You must provide **unboxing photos/videos** clearly showing the issue.

2. Return Process and Resolution

If your return request is approved:

• Our support team will guide you through the return shipping process.
• You must send the item back using a **reliable courier service** and share the tracking details.
• Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a **replacement**.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer **unless the error was on our part** (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
